How We Met
The picture above was taken on a rainy day from the roof of a bus in Cusco, Peru. I (Aurnik) am on the left, and Patrick is on the right. We met a couple weeks before this at a coworking space in Lima.
We were both traveling (me from the US, Pat from Canada) and making software as an income. We quickly bonded over thoughts about what each of us thought an ideal life would look like. Both of us like to make things, and we equally enjoy not working on anything and just experiencing the world. We've been to 4 countries together now and have always talked about working on a project together. This is that project.
Why We're Building Jetson
We believe that some of the best things in life come from iteration. Having an idea for something, and getting regular feedback to reassess and iterate on that idea. Our goal with Jetson is to leverage the reasoning power of LLMs alongside modern ML techniques to make it easy to understand what customers are saying, and automatically find all the context necessary to address their concerns. We want to turn a chore into a superpower.
