Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jetson ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our customer support analysis platform and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Service Description
Jetson is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides automated analysis of customer support conversations. Our Service includes:
- • Automated classification of support tickets into categories (bugs, features, documentation)
- • Automated insights and recommendations for support improvement
- • Integration with HelpScout, GitHub, and other business tools
- • Analytics and reporting on support conversation patterns
- • Data visualization and trend analysis
User Accounts
Account Creation
- • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts
- • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without permission
Account Responsibilities
- • You are responsible for all activities under your account
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • You must keep your contact information current and accurate
- • You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to others
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Prohibited Activities

Data Restrictions

Data Processing & Analysis Services
Your Data
- • You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations
- • You grant us permission to process this data to provide our services
- • You represent that you have necessary rights to share this data with us
- • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
Automated Processing
- • We use third-party services including OpenAI to analyze your data
- • Your data is not used to train models or shared with other users
- • Automated analysis is provided on a best-effort basis without accuracy guarantees
- • You remain responsible for validating and acting on generated insights
Service Availability
Uptime & Maintenance
- • We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but provide no guarantees
- • Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
- • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
Service Changes
- • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- • New features may be added to existing plans or require plan upgrades
- • We will provide migration tools when possible for breaking changes
- • Deprecated features will be supported for at least 90 days
Payment & Billing
Subscription Terms
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice
- • Usage overages will be billed at published rates
Payment Processing
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • You must provide valid payment information
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
- • You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- • We own all rights to the Jetson platform, software, and technology
- • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are our property
- • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our software
- • These Terms grant you a limited license to use our Service
Your Rights
- • You retain ownership of your data, content, and business information
- • You may export your data at any time through provided tools
- • Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve our Service
- • You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services
Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL JETSON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jetson and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
By You
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- • You may request data export before termination
- • No refunds for partial billing periods except as specified in our Refund Policy
By Us
- • We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- • We may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice
- • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for business reasons
- • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Dispute Resolution
