What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a single support ticket/thread that gets analyzed by Jetson. Follow-up messages in the same thread don't count as additional conversations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly to get more capacity. Downgrade at the end of your billing period (you'll need to be within the new plan's limits).

What happens if I hit my conversation limit?

You'll see a warning at 80% usage. At 100%, you can enable overage billing ($0.25 per additional conversation) to keep analyzing, upgrade your plan, or wait until your next billing period.

Do historical unlock add-ons expire?

No. Historical unlock purchases are permanent and stay with your mailbox even if you change plans.
