Devlog #9: February 2026
Jetson automatically finds bugs and feature requests hiding in your support inbox.
Try it freeBig month. Jetson now works with Intercom, we launched a free audit tool, and you can see what your customers actually said — right inside bug reports and feature requests.
Intercom Integration
Jetson’s second input source is live. Connect your Intercom workspace with OAuth, and conversations flow in automatically via webhooks. Historical imports work too — pick a date range and pull in past conversations for analysis.
We also import your Intercom Help Center articles so Jetson has full context when classifying conversations.
Free Audit Tool
Visit jetson.help/audit, connect Help Scout or Intercom, and get a full analysis of your last 50 conversations in about two minutes. No account required. You’ll see bugs, feature requests, category breakdowns, and AI-generated insights like “bug X accounts for 30% of your reports.”
Reports are shareable — send the link to your team.
Customer Quotes in Work Items
Bug reports and feature requests now show the actual customer message inline. Each report card displays the first customer message as a quote excerpt with the sender’s name, so you can hear the customer’s voice without clicking through to the original conversation.
The quotes use AI-generated keywords to highlight the most relevant parts and intelligently window long messages to show the important section first.
Tiered Pricing
We launched Starter and Pro plans. Starter gets 300 conversations/month with a 30-day data window. Pro gets 2,500 conversations/month with unlimited history. Both include overage billing at $0.25/conversation if you go over.
Work Item Detail Improvements
Work item pages got a refresh — better content rendering, GitHub output integration for creating issues directly, and priority fields throughout the creation flow.
