Our Intercom app review came back fast. This is now poised to be our flagship launch integration—first input source beyond Help Scout.
Smart Slack Notifications
The new Slack integration sends rich card notifications when priority thresholds are met. Change an issue’s status, create new issues, or regenerate work items with a custom prompt—all directly from a Slack thread.
Dashboard Chatbot UI
An experimental chatbot interface on the dashboard acts as a search bar powered by Jetson’s vector search. Ask questions like “what are the trending bug reports” and get answers, or execute actions like changing statuses—all from a single input.
Customer Tracking
We’re shipping the first production-ready seed of customer tracking. This provides immediate value for new installs and starts collecting essential data from day one, setting the foundation for per-customer analytics.
Free Help Scout Audit Tool
We’re planning a free audit tool that analyzes the past 30 days of Help Scout conversations using a lightweight model. It generates simple reports—bug counts, feature request trends—so leads can immediately see the value of a historical data scan. No data is persisted to our database; everything is erased when you leave the page.
Tiered Pricing Strategy
We’re moving to a tiered model: a lower plan (~$50/month with usage caps and a 30-day data scan limit) to lower the barrier to entry, and a higher plan (~$250/month for unlimited usage) for full product teams. This encourages upgrades while keeping Jetson accessible.

- Zendesk and Intercom input integrations are next in the pipeline.
- Asana stays as an open PR—we’ll ship it quickly if a customer requests it, but it’s lower priority for launch.
