Onboarding Gets Better

The setup flow now has three steps instead of two, ending with a live demo that shows Jetson analyzing real conversations in real-time. You’ll see how bugs, features, and docs questions get sorted before you’ve even finished setup.

Messages Look Like Messages Now

Conversation threads display as chat bubbles instead of bordered cards. Messages are color-coded by type—customer, support, or internal note—making it easier to scan long threads.

Import Conversations by Date

A new calendar-based import system lets you pull in conversations from specific date ranges. Watch results stream in as they’re processed.

Search is Faster

The command bar now shows instant results using full-text search, with semantic search results enhancing the list after a moment.

Simpler URLs

Routes are flatter now—/bugs/abc123 instead of /mailboxes/xyz/bugs/abc123. Easier to share, easier to remember.
