March was all about connections. Jetson now talks to more tools, in both directions, and the onboarding flow makes it easy to wire everything up from day one.

Jetson turns Help Scout conversations into organized GitHub issues automatically.

Mantle CRM Integration

Jetson now connects to Mantle via OAuth. Customer data from your CRM enriches work items automatically — you’ll see company info, plan details, and revenue context right alongside bug reports and feature requests. Individual customer pages show all their feedback in one place.

GitLab Two-Way Sync

GitLab joins GitHub as a full output integration. Create issues directly from Jetson, and status changes sync both ways — close an issue in GitLab and it updates in Jetson, and vice versa.

GitHub Two-Way Status Sync

GitHub integration got the same treatment. Status changes now sync bidirectionally, so your issue tracker and Jetson stay in lockstep without manual updates.

Slack as Feedback Input

Drop an @Jetson mention in any Slack thread and it gets classified as incoming feedback — same as a Help Scout or Intercom conversation. Thread replies work too. Each mailbox can route to its own Slack channel.

MCP Server

Jetson now exposes an MCP server with OAuth 2.1 authentication. If you’re using tools that support MCP (like Claude Code or Cursor), you can query your feedback data programmatically.

Intercom Multi-Brand Support

If you run multiple brands through one Intercom workspace, Jetson can now route conversations to different mailboxes based on conversation tags. Each brand gets its own feedback stream.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple work items and take action in bulk — merge, archive, change status, or assign priority across a batch. Long overdue.

Customer Pages

Individual customer pages now show richer data — all their conversations, work items they’ve contributed to, and CRM details if you’ve connected Mantle.

Command Bar & Search

The command bar got faster and smarter. You can also trigger search directly from the sidebar now.

Split Custom Instructions

You can now write separate custom instructions for how Jetson handles bug reports vs. feature requests. Different classification rules for different work item types.

Insights Renamed to Trends

What was “Insights” is now “Trends” — clearer naming for the clustering view. Clicking a trend from a work item detail page auto-opens it.

Weekly Digest Returns

The weekly email digest is back, now with proper dark mode support.

Onboarding Redesign

The integrations step in onboarding got a full redesign. Slack and GitLab are now first-class options alongside Help Scout and Intercom. Multi-mailbox configuration works from the start, so teams with multiple products can set everything up in one go.

Coding Agent Support

When creating GitHub issues, you can now select a coding agent (like Copilot or Devin) to assign the issue to. One step closer to feedback-to-fix automation.
